Fairway to the Front Door
Marbella is a 24-hour guard-gated community built around its own championship golf course, and this Mediterranean estate backs directly onto the fairway — the patio looks straight down the green to the clubhouse in the distance. The drone caught it at both ends of the day: full sun showing the property's position on the course, then again at dusk with the house lit up against the hills. Inside, the house splits into two distinct moods — a traditional wing anchored by an ornate iron staircase and a black-and-white tiled kitchen, and a more contemporary great room with floor-to-ceiling glass and a stone fireplace wall that frames the golf course like a painting. It made for one of the more varied single-property shoots this year, room to room.
