Porch Light at Blue Hour
Esencia Village is built around front porches instead of driveways -- the houses face a shared walkway, not the street -- so the exterior shot that sells this one is a straight-on dusk frame down the row, with just enough pink still in the sky to catch the porch lights coming on next door. Inside, the townhome plays it clean and neutral: white oak floors, a jute rug in nearly every room, and a kitchen island that opens straight onto the living space, which made the whole ground floor easy to shoot as one continuous sequence rather than room by room. It's a newer build in the Rancho Mission Viejo master plan, close enough to the community fields and trails that the porch is clearly built for sitting outside, not just walking past.
