The Blue Cottage
Shaw's Cove is one of the best dive spots and one of the best-known coves on this stretch of coast, with a rocky point that catches the last light every evening. This cottage sits right above it, close enough that the swell breaking on the rocks is audible from the deck. Inside it leans hard into a nautical, red-white-and-blue beach-house palette that photographs beautifully against the coastal light through the plantation shutters. The shoot started with the drone at low tide, tracing the palm-lined point and the cove's arc of sand, before moving inside to the living room and primary bedroom, both angled to catch a clean slice of the Pacific through the open shutters.
